Our Gourmet Grilling Chips come from all natural wood prunings from our property and undergo a drying process to lock in the flavors and essence of the wood. In order for us to sustainably harvest products from our woodlot, some Gourmet Grilling Chip varieties are only available in limited quantities throughout the year.
Simply place a cupful of wood chips over hot coals or use a smoker box for gas grills. For best results, soak chips in water for a half hour before use. You'll know when the chips start smoking when the air is filled with a delicious aroma!
